Stage 1

Inspection & Assessment

Water - Inspection & Assessment

Our water restoration process begins with a comprehensive inspection of all affected areas to determine the extent of moisture intrusion. Using professional instruments such as thermal imaging cameras, hygrometers, and moisture meters, we accurately identify both visible and concealed water damage. Each finding is carefully documented with readings and photographs to ensure full transparency for insurance, council, and government reporting. This detailed assessment allows us to create a precise drying and mitigation plan tailored to the site’s conditions.

Stage 2

Extraction & Drying

Water - Extraction & Drying

Once the inspection is complete, all standing water is promptly extracted using high-capacity water removal equipment to prevent further structural damage or microbial growth. Containment barriers are installed where required to isolate affected zones and stop secondary contamination. Commercial-grade dehumidifiers and air movers are then strategically positioned to create optimal airflow and humidity balance throughout the site. During the drying phase, our team continuously monitors temperature, relative humidity, and material moisture levels in accordance with IICRC S500 standards. If mould activity is detected, targeted cleaning and antimicrobial treatments are carried out to ensure a clean, stabilised environment before final verification.

Stage 3

Water - Verification & Reporting

Verification & Reporting

After the drying process is complete, final moisture readings are taken throughout all affected materials and building components to confirm they have reached the required dry standards. All drying equipment is then removed, and the environment is rechecked to ensure stable humidity and temperature conditions. A comprehensive completion report is provided, including before-and-after photos, environmental data logs, and recorded meter readings. This documentation verifies that the property has been fully mitigated in accordance with IICRC S500 and is ready for repair or reinstatement by licensed builders.
